General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77df ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77df website located at https://77df.net and all products and services made available through it, including but not limited to the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slot games, card games, and crash games.

By accessing the 77df platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Account Registration and Verification

The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

All financial transactions on the 77df platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in taka is the amount credited to your gaming balance, and the amount you withdraw is paid out in taka through your selected payment method.

Deposit Terms

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 77df balance instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳500. 77df does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed on the same day. Requests submitted after that time or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day. 77df reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that display characteristics inconsistent with normal account activity.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77df reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. No fee will reduce a balance below zero.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

77df offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The terms below are the baseline rules that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free bet credits issued by 77df are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus offer (for example, "10x wagering" means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the offer; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of that window.

Eligible Games

Bonus Abuse

77df operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds to place opposing bets that guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, systematically exploiting low-margin markets to fulfil wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended, their bonus balance forfeited, and may have any associated winnings cancelled.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 77df, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process;
• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name, email address, or device;
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or server infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public privileged information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77df support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without disclosing this to 77df;
• Attempting to withdraw funds that have been deposited but not wagered in accordance with applicable bonus or account terms.

77df monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If we identify suspicious activity, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately pending investigation, without prior notice.

Account Suspension and Closure

Either party — the player or 77df — may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions described below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your 77df account, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed. Closure or Suspension by 77df

77df reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of the platform;
• Receipt of a chargeback request on any deposit transaction;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, 77df may withhold account balances pending investigation and reserves the right to share relevant information with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh or elsewhere as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77df's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77df shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside 77df's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The 77df platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, particularly during maintenance windows, major cricket events causing high traffic loads, or circumstances beyond our control such as Bangladesh network infrastructure issues.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77df's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 77df to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by 77df.
